Hand ranks - Two pairs

Suit is used as a 'tie breaker' for all tied hands.

For two pairs hands:

AAKK > AAQQ

as both pairs are taken into account before going to a tie breaker. Kings beat Queens.

If both players held AAKK the tie breaker would come into play.

In this case the player with the higher pair of Aces wins i.e. the player holding the highest ace.

Ruby + Bronze > Emerald + Sapphire

For both players, the remaining card, the 'kicker' , would not be a factor, as the winner is already decided by the suits.

In Widedeck, kicker is very rarely a factor.
